L’Atelier Dupont is registered as a holiday accommodation, which allows guests to stay throughout the year. The 90-day limit applies to private primary residences rented short term, not to this type of registered accommodation.

L’Atelier Dupont’s official Paris registration number is 7511104089026. The calendar is kept up to date, and confirmed bookings are only accepted for dates that can be properly hosted.

L’Atelier Dupont is well connected to the main Paris sights. Metro lines 3 and 9 are close to the apartment and make it easy to reach many landmarks quickly. Bus 69 is also nearby and is one of the most scenic bus routes in Paris. It connects the neighborhood with several well known places across the city, including the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. 

L’Atelier Dupont is located in a safe, lively residential neighborhood in Paris’s 11th arrondissement. The apartment is also equipped with a reinforced security door and a three point locking system for additional peace of mind. As in any large city, I simply recommend staying aware of your surroundings, especially late at night.

For insurance reasons, we cannot offer luggage drop off inside the apartment before check in. There is, however, a luggage storage service just a few steps away. Whenever the schedule makes it possible, we will gladly offer an early check in at no extra cost.

The price includes the nightly rate, the cleaning fee and the Paris tourist tax. Inside the apartment, everything is prepared for your comfort: luxury linens, soft towels, coffee, tea, toiletries and pantry essentials. All you have to do is arrive, unpack and relax.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the main details of your stay. A 30 percent deposit is charged at booking and remains refundable if you cancel within the cancellation period set out in the booking conditions. If your booking remains confirmed, the remaining balance is automatically charged according to the booking conditions.

Barbara will be your direct contact before your arrival, and you will receive the check in and access instructions before your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

The general cancellation policy allows a full refund up to 14 days before arrival. For some exceptional periods, a longer cancellation period may apply.

When this is the case, it is always clearly stated at the time of the price offer, before you confirm your booking.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted international payment platform. Your card details are not stored directly by L’Atelier Dupont, and you receive a confirmation once your booking is completed.
